Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions must be read through and agreed by the customer before making an appointment . This is to ensure that customers know my business terms and will abide by them when agreeing to the terms & conditions. It also includes my safety while grooming / washing your dog. Once you have booked and agreed to the terms and conditions ( ticked the box ) this means that you have agreed and will follow the T&C's.
cancellation Policy
If due to circumstances your pup’s groom will have to be cancelled or postponed please contact us directly to facilitate your changes.
As we are a small family owned business it is appreciated if cancellations can give us a few days warning. If you are unable to do so the following penalties will apply.
Within 48 hours of appointment, 50% of the agreed booked price will be charged.
Within 24 hours of appointment, 100% of the agreed booked price will be charged.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances, we at dirty doggies do understand and can try to facilitate to your needs.

Disclaimer of behaviour:
At Dirty Doggies we understand that some pups get grumpy when they leave their homes. If this is the case for your pup, we request that you let us know in advance of their behaviours.
We understand that your pup may not usually act like this but when taken out of their homes its very understandable and a common occurrence. That is that they may be more grouchy than usual, bite, or feel anxious and scared. This information is crucial to know in advance so the groomer can work around your pups needs, ensuring it is a safe and that your Dirty Doggy is happy in the process.
We are happy to work through these behaviours however please be aware that there will be an additional fee for this service.
Please contact us to discuss how we can help your pup feel more comfortable during their grooming time with us at Dirty Doggies. This is important as grooming is something that needs to be done regularly and we want to make sure your pup has their tails wagging the whole time.
fleas
We would appreciate it if you could please let us know in advance if you are aware that your dog has fleas. In this case we will book you in last for the day as the cleaning/ disinfecting time does take a while.
All dogs that's come to dirty doggies with fleat fleas will be treated. An extra amount of $30 is charged , which includes flea treatment and the time it takes for us to disinfect the trailer making sure it is safe for other dogs too!

Late Payments
All invoice payments are given a due date. This due date is always 7 days after your appointment date. This is shown on the invoice.
If payment is not made within the 7 days a late payment fee will have to be applied.
This fee is 50% of the owing on top of the original invoice price.
